Interbrew Plc, is a Cypriot law public company with registration number HE 277915 and registered office at 1 Lampousas Street, 1095 Nicosia, Cyprus.

Interbrew Plc is part of the Anheuser-Busch InBev group, which is the leading global brewer and one of the world's top five consumer products group. Anheuser-Busch InBev effectively holds, directly and indirectly, more than 99.5% of Interbrew Plc.

Following the upstreaming, in all material respects, of its cash treasury (i.e. virtually its only remaining asset), by way of a dividend and share premium reduction completed in the second quarter of 2021, the listing of Interbrew Plc on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange has been fully terminated in July 2021, and, on July 16, 2021, the Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of Interbrew Plc resolved that Interbrew Plc be wound up by a Members’ voluntary winding up. After completion of the liquidation in due course, the liquidator will convene a final EGM where she will present statements of her dealings during the liquidation period.
